Dalian Longsheng Machinery Co., Ltd. has done extensive work in the R&D of composite filament technology and complete equipment for many years. Composite spinning technology is developing rapidly toward high-efficiency multi-end, ultra-fine and direct spinning production lines. We have successively launched 16-, 20-, 24- and 32-end high-efficiency spinning technologies, greatly increasing output per position and significantly reducing unit energy consumption.
Multi-end spinning is now widely used on single-component production lines. In recent years we have focused on composite multi-end spinning, adopting DIO technology in the spinning pack to realize two yarn bundles per spinneret, nearly doubling the output per position of the spinning machine.
Ultra-fine composite spinning is the most advanced composite technology and a key development direction of our company. We have developed an ultra-fine side-by-side product series producing 30D–75D / 288F–384F elastic fibers, a world-leading technology. Combined with high-efficiency multi-end spinning, our composite melt direct spinning has realized semi (dual) direct spinning for sea-island, polyester/polyamide and polyester/polyester composite yarns, lowering production cost, raising efficiency and greatly improving market competitiveness.

Polyester Direct / Chip Spinning Technology & Equipment
Dalian Longsheng Machinery has carried out extensive research on polyester melt direct spinning and chip spinning filament technology and complete equipment. Spinning technology is now moving toward high-efficiency multi-end, ultra-fine, direct spinning, in-line additive dosing and masterbatch production lines.
We have successively launched 16-end, 20-end, 24-end and 32-end high-efficiency spinning technologies, and adopted FDY technology to achieve double winding per position, nearly doubling output per position. Through breakthroughs in key components, integrated control of the spin pack has been realized, effectively improving process precision and ensuring stable, reliable product quality.

PA6 Polymerization & Spinning Technology and Equipment
The company has done extensive R&D on PA6 chip spinning filament technology and complete equipment. Spinning technology is advancing toward high-efficiency multi-end, ultra-fine, in-line additive dosing and solution-dyed production lines, with 10-, 12-, 16-, 20- and 24-end high-efficiency technologies already launched.
DIO technology realizes two filaments per spinneret, nearly doubling output per position. Through breakthroughs in key components, integrated equipment innovation has been achieved, with excellent process efficiency and stable, reliable product quality; the overall technology leads in China and reaches advanced international level.

Industrial Yarn SSP & Spinning Technology and Equipment
Polyester industrial yarn continuous solid-state polycondensation and spinning technology and equipment is one of the company's key products. The SSP system adopts advanced continuous solid-state polycondensation to raise chip viscosity while narrowing the molecular weight distribution.

One-step Bi-shrinkage Yarn (ITY) Composite Filament Technology and Equipment
Bi-shrinkage yarn (ITY) is composed of a high-shrinkage component (POY) and a low-shrinkage component (FDY) combined by commingling. The filaments differ in denier, cross-section shape and crystal orientation, giving fabrics a full, bulky handle and silk/wool-like effects — an important technique for filament simulation of natural fibers.
We redesigned the spinning, drawing, interlacing and winding systems: two inverters separately control the metering pumps of the high-shrinkage (POY) and low-shrinkage (FDY) components for precise commingling ratio and interference-free spinning; an FDY thread-guiding/splitting device and POY applicator are configured; the first double hot godet is converted into a single hot godet with separator roll plus grooved guide roll, combining spinning and drawing; pre-, main and finish interlacing devices enable one-step spinning–drawing–commingling.
Compared with the two-step process, the one-step process offers a shorter flow, higher efficiency and higher integration, with remarkably improved evenness of denier, tenacity and elongation as well as dyeing uniformity, breaking the limit of conventional composite yarns on high-speed water-jet looms.

Solvent-carrier dope coloring/modification technology is a brand-new process for producing colored/functional fibers, with flexible product changeover, bright and even fiber colors, high color fastness and stable functional-fiber performance; it also features low pollution, energy saving and fewer processing steps.

90° quick-change bottom-loading design for easy assembly and disassembly; excellent sealing with no dead corners, no external or internal leakage; high-precision machining with fluid-polished distribution plate holes; accurate bottom-mount positioning without affecting split-segment spinning of the spinneret.
QC Device (Fixed & Lift-type)
Compact structure with a patented plenum behind the honeycomb panel, uniform air velocity with in-plane deviation ≤10%; stable adjustable air volume with worm-gear self-locking regulation for minimal drift; front-removable multi-layer outlet filters and easy-to-open grid inlet filters, both periodically washable; finish applicator adjustable up/down/left/right with a scale plate for precise setting; lift-type QC available for PA6 spinning.
Radial Quench (CIQ) Device
Extra-large span (1890 mm), double-row staggered arrangement, 24-end large external radial quench; patented plenum at the air inlet reduces velocity and raises static pressure for uniform outlet air at every tube; special distribution structure with high damping and uniform air velocity; automatic air-volume control with stepless speed regulation and high flow accuracy; labyrinth seals between blow tubes and box surface prevent upward air leakage; patented airflow-directing device enables coarse-denier yarn spinning.
